1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the advance payment as communicated at the time of booking.
- The balance payment must be cleared before the commencement of the trip.
- Prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) unless specified otherwise.
2. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy (please refer to the dedicated page).
- Non-refundable services such as flight/train tickets or special permits will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers must carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof, permits, etc.).
- Any personal medical condition must be informed prior to booking.
- Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
4. Itinerary & Services
- The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, road conditions, flight schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Paniharin Travels reserves the right to make minor changes in the itinerary to ensure smooth operations.
- Hotels and transport will be provided as per the booking confirmation. In case of unavailability, equivalent alternatives will be arranged.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- Paniharin Travels acts as a travel facilitator and is not responsible for delays, accidents, natural calamities, or loss caused by third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property during the trip.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers.
6. Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the trip without prior notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts only.
