At Paniharin Travels, we do not ship physical products. Instead, we provide digital travel services such as tour confirmations, hotel vouchers, tickets, and itineraries.
1. Delivery of Booking Confirmation
- Once payment is received, booking confirmation along with travel details will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours.
- In case of customized packages, confirmation may take slightly longer depending on availability of hotels, flights, and other services.
2. Travel Documents
- Final travel documents (hotel vouchers, flight/train tickets, itinerary, safari permits, etc.) will be shared 3–7 days before the trip.
- For last-minute bookings, documents will be sent immediately after confirmation.
3. Mode of Delivery
- All documents will be delivered digitally via email or secure online link.
- Printed copies will be provided on request (if feasible) at our Jaipur office or at the starting point of the trip.
4. Delays in Delivery
- If you do not receive your travel documents within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team immediately.
- Paniharin Travels will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or third-party service providers.
