At Paniharin Travels, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair for all travelers.
1. Cancellation by the Traveler
- 30 days or more before departure: Full refund after deducting 5% processing fee.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
2. Cancellation by Paniharin Travels
If a tour is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, insufficient group size, etc.), you will receive:
- A 100% refund of the booking amount OR
- An option to reschedule/shift to another trip.
3. No Show Policy
If a traveler fails to join the trip on the scheduled date without prior notice, no refund will be applicable.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Components
- Flight/train tickets booked on your behalf.
- Hotel bookings with non-refundable rates.
- Service charges, taxes, and transaction fees.
